Plan your wedding by chat.

Connect your plan to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app. Then just ask: “Who hasn't replied yet?” or “Add my aunt Rosa and her husband.” The AI reads and updates your real plan – nothing to copy back and forth.

Set it up in 3 steps

  1. 1Make your AI code

    In your plan’s overview open “Plan by chat” and tap “Create AI code”. Copy it – it's shown only once.

  2. 2Add JustMarried.one to your AI app

    Add a connector with this address. Your app opens our page – paste your code there and tap Connect.

  3. 3Start chatting

    Say “Let's plan our wedding with JustMarried.one”. The AI asks the right questions one by one and fills in your plan.

Your app, step by step

Menu names can differ a little between app versions.

Claude (web, desktop, phone)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose “Add custom connector”, name it JustMarried.one and paste the server address.
  3. Tap Connect. Our page opens: paste your AI code and tap Connect.
  4. In a chat, turn the JustMarried.one connector on and start asking.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors (with developer mode on if your plan needs it).
  2. Create a new connector, paste the server address and choose OAuth as sign-in.
  3. Our page opens: paste your AI code and tap Connect.
  4. In a chat, pick JustMarried.one from the tools and start asking.

Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and other tools

Tools without a sign-in screen use the code as a key. Put it in the Authorization header:

claude mcp add --transport http justmarried https://justmarried.one/api/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer JM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "justmarried": {
      "url": "https://justmarried.one/api/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer JM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX" }
    }
  }
}

Two ways to sign in

With your code on our page (recommended)

Claude and ChatGPT open JustMarried.one, you paste the code once, and the app gets its own key that renews itself. Your code never sits in the app's settings.

The code as a key

For developer tools: send “Authorization: Bearer JM-…”. Keep the code like a password – anyone with it can change your plan.

Guided start: the onboarding

New to planning? Say “Plan our wedding with JustMarried.one” – or pick the prompt “Plan our wedding”. The AI checks what's missing and asks one question at a time:

  1. Your names
  2. The wedding day (or the season you're thinking of)
  3. Ceremony venue – and whether the reception is at the same place
  4. Roughly how many guests
  5. The first names for your guest list
  6. When guests should reply by
  7. The to-dos that are due soon

What the AI can do

  • See your plan: date, events, venues and how far each step is
  • Read and update the guest list – households, plus-ones, A/B list, sides
  • Enter RSVP answers that came by phone, card or in person
  • Count answers and main courses for the caterer
  • Seat guests at tables (full tables and taken seats are refused)
  • Add, move and remove timeline moments
  • Tick off and add to-dos on the checklist
  • Add wishes to your registry

What stays in the planner

  • Sending invitations, reminders or any email to guests
  • Payments
  • Your team: inviting or removing planners
  • Publishing the website, deleting the wedding
  • Allergies and access needs – health data never goes to an AI app

Things you can ask

Plan

  • “How far are we with our planning?”
  • “What's due on our checklist this month?”
  • “Move the first dance to 8:15 PM.”

Guests

  • “Add Rosa and Miguel Garcia as one household, my side.”
  • “Who on the B list could we still invite?”
  • “Give Tom a named plus-one: Sarah Lee.”

RSVPs

  • “Who hasn't replied yet?”
  • “Aunt Rosa called – she's coming, Miguel isn't.”
  • “How many chicken and how many vegetarian mains?”

Seating & gifts

  • “Who doesn't have a seat yet?”
  • “Put the Garcias at table 4.”
  • “Add the KitchenAid mixer for $449 to our registry.”

Customs & timing

  • “When should we send save the dates?”
  • “What happens at a rehearsal dinner?”
  • “What does “black tie optional” mean?”

Safe by design

  • One code per wedding – made only by the couple
  • Every app works only inside your wedding, with co-planner rights
  • A new code or “Turn off” disconnects every app at once
  • Removing something always needs your OK in the chat
  • What you share with an AI app is also handled by its provider (see our privacy policy)

Questions

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is the open standard AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to other services. JustMarried.one offers an MCP server for your wedding.

Does it cost extra?

No, the AI connection is part of your planner. You only need an AI app that supports custom connectors.

Can my co-planner connect too?

Yes – share the code with them. Only you two can make or turn off the code.

I lost the code.

Make a new one under “Plan by chat” in your plan. The old code and every app that used it stop working; connect them again with the new code.

Will the AI send something to our guests?

No. Invitations and reminders are only sent from the planner, by you.

Open your planner

You'll find your AI code in your plan under “Plan by chat”.
