Withdraw from a purchase

You can withdraw from a purchase on JustMarried.one within 14 days without giving a reason. We follow German withdrawal law for everyone, wherever you live.

• The 14 days start on the day you paid.
• Sending the withdrawal in time is enough – here, by email to hello@justmarried.one or by letter.
• We refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method. Your wedding goes back to the free plan; your planning stays.
